The LEGO Star Wars TIE Fighter and X-Wing Mash-up

This is the 1,063 piece LEGO set that allows kids to create an Imperial TIE Fighter and an X-Wing Fighter and easily swap out whole parts between the two. It forms both an Imperial TIE Fighter with hexagonal wings and an X-Wing Fighter with wings that switch to attack position at the touch of a button. The unique “mash-up” element of this set allows builders to easily exchange whole sections between the two ships such as wings and cockpits to create entirely new Star Wars fighters. Both spaceships contain two spring-loaded shooters that fire toy missiles to wage galactic battles within a galaxy far far away. Includes mini figures of a Rebel Pilot, Tie Fighter pilot, Yesi Scala, Sig Greebling, and a L3-GO droid to inspire creative role play and storytelling. Ages 9 and up.
