The Lady's Adjustable Width Neuropathy Deck Shoes

Available only from Hammacher Schlemmer, these are the adjustable-width deck shoes designed to provide relief to those with diabetic neuropathy. The nautical shoes have a wider and deeper toe box than traditional boating footwear so they will not constrict feet or cause chafing and blisters. The cushioned insoles, which can be replaced with a user’s custom orthotics, support the arch and distribute weight to reduce pressure points and improve biomechanics. The deck shoes have a padded heel and tongue, and fit securely (but not too tightly), with an adjustable hook-and-loop closure. A lightweight EVA midsole absorbs the impact from every step while an arch stabilizer provides enhanced support. Constructed for both health and long wear, the shoes have rugged leather uppers and a textured high traction rubber sole that provides a firm grip on wet decks and sidewalks. Imported. Tan.
