This is the traditional Italian Easter cake crafted by a family-owned bakery in the Veneto region near Venice, using a meticulous three-day process unchanged since 1932. Baked in a distinctive dove shape that represents peace, hope, and renewal, the luxurious dough envelops a rich lemon cream filling. The crown of the cake is coated in rich dark chocolate, then sprinkled with white chocolate flakes, creating an exquisite balance of citrus and chocolate flavors. Imported. With a 6-month shelf life.
