This is the compact elliptical trainer that provides the same low impact workout as a full-sized machine. Ideal for helping one reach their fitness goals, its textured pedals and padded handlebars slide back and forth in a smooth, natural striding motion, providing a simultaneous upper- and lower-body exercise regimen without putting unnecessary stress on joints or ligaments. It provides various custom workouts for all fitness levels via eight levels of magnetic resistances and three incline heights. Its sturdy steel frame supports up to 260 lbs. and the unit can be rolled away using integrated wheels on the bottom. LCD display shows time, calories, speed, and distance.
