These are the plump and juicy dried California apricots that are simmered in a sugar syrup and dipped in intense dark chocolate for a satisfying pairing of contrasting flavors in every bite. Crafted using old-world techniques by a 350-year-old chocolatier who was once confectioner to the King of France, the apricots are submerged in sugar for two weeks, infusing the whole dried fruit with concentrated sweetness. Next, the glaceed apricots are individually hand-dipped in 60% European dark chocolate and gently packaged in a classic white gift box. Contains 12 apricots.
