Product Story
This is the exercise bench with a back pad that adjusts for inclined, declined, and flat exercise positions to help you target major muscle groups in the comfort of your own home. The back pad can be easily raised and lowered to one of five positions from -15° to 70° to perform a wide range of exercises, including abdominals. The high-density foam padding and upholstery and four thigh and ankle foam roller pads allow you to burn calories and increase strength and stamina in comfort. Heavy-duty tubular steel frame with a scratch- and chip-resistant powder coated finish ensures years of service. Supports 400 lbs. (user and weights). Assembly required. 42" H x 19" W x 51" L. 24 1/2 lbs.
